                        <h2>Linda Hall</h2>
                        <p>Ms. Hall has over thirty years in the healthcare 
                        industry. Ms. Hall's past experience includes 3M Company 
                        in their Medical-Surgical Division and Dental Division, 
                        Atlanta Dental Supply, and Accelerated Dental Learning 
                        Center of Atlanta.<br>
                        <br>
                        Ms. Hall has served on Advisory Boards for local 
                        technical schools and was one of the founding board 
                        members of Alliance for Direct Reimbursement.<br>
                        <br>
                        Prior to creating CPT Med, Inc., Ms. Hall owned a 
                        management and training company.<h2>Connie Liesman</h2>
                        <p>Ms. Liesman is an accomplished entrepreneur with vast 
                        experience in investment and business development in the 
                        U.S., the Caribbean, and Central and Latin America. Ms. 
                        Liesman is a published author with the Agora Publishing 
                        Group. Her book, The Business Build, is still referenced 
                        today.<h2>Gary W. Kazee</h2>
                        <p>Mr. Kazee joined General Medical Corp. following 
                        graduation from Virginia Commonwealth University in 
                        1973. Mr. Kazee’s rise within General Medical culminated 
                        with his promotion to Director of Corporate Purchasing, 
                        the position he held prior to joining the other founders 
                        of Sterile Concepts in 1983. From the beginning, Mr. 
                        Kazee developed and oversaw the company’s material 
                        management and costing systems while managing the vendor 
                        relations. Prior to joining CPT Med’s senior management 
                        team, Mr. Kazee was responsible for corporate 
                        purchasing, vendor relations, and production planning 
                        for Maxxim Medical’s Sterile Concepts division.<br>
                        <br>
                        While a member of senior management of Sterile Concepts, 
                        Mr. Kazee developed the purchasing, warehousing, and 
                        production scheduling systems as well as the associated 
                        operating procedure. Mr. Kazee oversaw these critical 
                        functions during the period of acquisitions and the 
                        company’s growth to $200 million in sales.<br>
                        <br>
                        Mr. Kazee brings to CPT Med, Inc. an industry-wide 
                        reputation for inventory management while providing 
                        excellent customer service. An experienced executive in 
                        handling people and procedure, Mr. Kazee is renowned for 
                        his honest and fair approach toward vendors and 
                        manufacturers.</p>
                        <h2>Darren L. Reeves</h2>
                        <p>Mr. Reeves has a Bachelor of Science Degree from 
                        Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia and an MBA 
                        from Averett College in Danville, Virginia. He served as 
                        both the director of QA/RA for Sterile Concepts over 
                        four surgical tray facilities as well as the Director of 
                        Operations for Clinitech, a division of Sterile 
                        Concepts, in 1992. Following the acquisition of Sterile 
                        Concepts by Maxxim Medical, Inc., Mr. Reeves served as 
                        both the Quality Systems Facilitator implementing ISO 
                        9000 and CE marking capabilities in seven of the Maxxim 
                        facilities and as the Vice President of QA/RA over five 
                        of the locations. <br>
                        <br>
                        Mr. Reeves has also served as a consultant for several 
                        small and large medical device OEM's as well as 
                        currently being a member of both the Association for the 
                        Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and the 
                        American Society for Quality (ASQ). <br>
                        <br>
                        Mr. Reeves has over thirteen years of extensive 
                        experience in sterilization and biological systems, 
                        quality system (ISO 9000) procedures, administration, 
                        and medical device and surgical products manufacturing. 
                        He joined CPT Med, Inc. and serves as Vice-President of 
                        Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs for CPT Med, Inc.</p>
